We never share client-specific information without explicit permission, and our team operates on a need-to-know basis regarding sensitive materials.

We typically structure payments in phases aligned with project milestones. For most engagements, this means an initial payment at project commencement, with subsequent payments tied to deliverable completion. We're transparent about costs from the outset and provide detailed proposals before any engagement begins. All pricing is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
